Here is our terms of service. If you order a free quote from our company–High Rise Window Cleaners–there is no obligation to move forward after your quote is received. We only offer free quotes so that locals can get a free cost estimate for our various commercial cleaning services. All contracts and warranties are settled uniquely with each client. Our prices may adjust over time.
